Our standard shipping service is fully tracked and takes 2-4 working days and we will always try to dispatch your items on the same day your order is received before 12pm GMT. If orders are received after this time they will be dispatched on the following working day.
All orders received after 12pm GMT on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over £60 in value!
Our standard free shipping rate is a UK Mail Budget service (for orders over £60 in value), which normally arrives in 2-3 working days.
If you would prefer for your order to be shipped on a faster service, please ensure that you have selected that option at checkout.
We offer flat rate European shipping using our International Tracked & Signed For service, standard delivery is between 3-7 working days.
We use a Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For service (5-7 working days)
For large orders email us for a shipping quote, we can also send via UPS.
Please note that any products being returned or exchanged must be in unworn condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.

So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us. Please ensure that the item in question is in unworn condition, with packaging and tags still intact to be eligible for a full refund (excluding postage & packaging). Please also be sure to notify us of your request to return the item via email.
In order to be eligible for a full refund, all UK order returns must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date as stated on your order confirmation. All international returns must be received within 21 days of the original purchase date as stated on your order confirmation to be eligible for refund.
If you are unable to return the item within the timeframe(s) outlined above, please ensure that you notify us of the return by emailing us within 14 days of your original purchase date, as shown on your order confirmation.
