Product Issues

We’re all human and unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen when manufacturing large quantities of garments.

We try our best to catch any product issues during our quality control procedures, but from time-to-time, something might slip through the net. If you receive a product with a fault, or something that you don’t feel is up to scratch, just drop us a line and we’ll be more than happy to help.

To help speed up the process, please include clear photos of any product issues with your email. Sometimes, we may need to inspect a product issue in person before an exchange can be issued.

If our team are able to assess that your item is faulty from your email and photos, we’ll arrange for free postage back to our warehouse and dispatch your replacement ASAP and free of charge.

We’ll always do our best to fix whatever the problem is as quickly as possible, but please remember that our customer service & fulfilment teams are people too and we have not sent you a faulty product intentionally.

Friendly emails will always get a better response. Kindness costs nothing my friends.

Cancellations

If for some reason you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee cancellation before an order is dispatched, but for the best chance, make sure you email us on the some day that your order is placed and ideally before 1pm GMT.

Please add the term 'Order Cancellation' and your order number (e.g. #12345) in the subject line of your email to us, and ensure that all order details, including order number, are included within the message.

Once an item has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order and it will need to be returned to us.

If we have not been able to cancel your order, we would recommend refusing the item when delivery is attempted or returning the item to us once delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice which are subject to pricing errors, stock issues or quality control issues.

Delivery & Order Email Communications

You will normally receive several emails from us during the order process.

The first email that you will receive is your ‘Order Processing’ email. This is confirmation that we have received your order and it has been passed to our fulfilment centre for picking. It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled. We try to make sure our stock levels are always up to date, but unfortunately, sometimes errors do occur in our inventory. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because the items that your ordered are not in stock. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

The second email you will receive is your ‘Order Complete’ email and means that your item(s) are in stock and your order has been processed, picked, and is heading to the courier for delivery to you.

The third email that you will receive is an automated email message from our fulfilment centre with your order tracking number.

Please make sure that you check your spam and junk mail folders for these email notifications, as often they will be automatically filtered into here.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times as stated on our site (please note all timeframes are stated in working days - which do not include Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays).

Please note that delivery times are estimated with each carrier and cannot be 100% guaranteed.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe  shown, please feel free to contact us by email and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.

Non Delivery

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days (UK) & 35 Days (International) of the estimated delivery date or purchase date as shown on your order confirmation email.

If no notification is made within this time period the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.

International Sales / Import Duty & Tax

For orders shipped outside of the European Union there may be additional taxes, fees or other charges that you may be liable to pay when your order arrives in your local country.

International orders are shipped by us according to the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) - that means that we do not collect any VAT, duties or other taxes on orders sent outside the EU and we cannot predict what your exact charges will be.

Please check with your local customs office before placing your order with us. Import charges, duties and taxes vary from country to country and completely are beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to pay any import duty, tax or other charges that are levied on your order by your local customs authority.

If local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to us or worse, destroyed.

If your item is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, we will not be able to refund any original postage costs paid, and can only refund for the returned products minus any additional costs incurred in returning them to us.

If your order is not returned to us, we will not be able to refund you for your order.

Discount / Promotional Codes

From time-to-time, we offer discount / promo codes which are valid for certain percentage price reductions or free shipping promotions.

To redeem a discount code, you can enter it into the coupon code box on the cart or checkout pages.

These codes are subject to an individual fair use policy and cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with one-another, unless explicitly stated by bro! clothing ltd.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are found to be ‘coupon stacking’ or using an unauthorised coupon.

We also reserve the right to withdraw or cancel discount and promotional codes at any time.
