Here at bro! we always endeavour to get your orders out to you as soon as possible, so that they can land on your doorstep ready for wearable radness straight out of the box.
Our standard shipping service is fully tracked and takes 2-4 working days and we will always try to dispatch your items on the same day your order is received before 2 pm GMT. If orders are received after this time they will be dispatched on the following working day. Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not classed as working days and as such orders will not be shipped on these days.
All orders received after 2 pm GMT on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (or in the event of a UK bank holiday – the following working day).
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over £65 in value!
Our standard free shipping rate is a Yodel ecommerce economy service (for orders over £65 in value), which normally arrives in 2-4 working days.
If you would prefer for your order to be shipped on a faster service, please ensure that you have selected that option at checkout.
Please note: Our UK services do not cover Jersey, Guernsey, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. If you are located in these territories you will need to select them as a separate country from the dropdown menu in the shipping options on the cart or checkout pages.
We use a DPD tracked service for our European shipments where possible, standard delivery times are between 3-7 working days depending on your location.
If DPD does not operate in your particular location, packages will be sent using an International postal service through Landmark Global.
We use an International Tracked service (5-12 working days – depending on location), the exact courier used will depend on your country. Please visit our tracking page to follow the progress of your shipment.
For large orders please email us for a shipping quote. We can also send via DHL for faster delivery (again please email us for a quote).
Please note: If you are ordering from outside of the EU you may be liable to pay import duty/taxes in your receiving country. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs for you. For more details of charges which may be applied, please consult your local customs authority.
- All products being returned or exchanged must be in unworn condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.
- Refund requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Please include a note with your returned item stating your full name, order number and details of the exchange or refund required.
- Please note: refund & exchange requests may take 5-7 working days from receipt of the returned item(s) to be processed.

Here at bro! we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we appreciate that returns do happen from time to time.
So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us. Please ensure that the item in question is in unworn condition, with packaging and tags still intact to be eligible for a full refund (excluding postage & packaging). Please also be sure to notify us of your request to return the item via email.
In order to be eligible for a full refund, all UK order returns must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date as stated on your order confirmation. All international returns must be received within 21 days of the original purchase date as stated on your order confirmation to be eligible for refund. Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you are unable to return the item within the timeframe(s) outlined above, please ensure that you notify us of the return by emailing us within 14 days of your original purchase date, as shown on your order confirmation.
Please note that all returns are undertaken at your own risk & cost, and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items during transit.
