Due to the new Brexit rules and customs checks, some European shipments may take longer than usual to arrive due to additional border checks.
The UK has now left the European common VAT area, so while prices might now show as being slightly cheaper when browsing from an EU or a non-UK country, please be aware that you will be charged import VAT and possibly additional customs fees when your order arrives in your local country.
We advise checking with your local customs authority before purchase for full details of any additional charges that may be incurred. We cannot be held liable for these costs, nor can we pay for them on your behalf.

Our European Road Services (DPD & DHL) were recently suspended due to border closures and are scheduled to re-open on 7th January.

We will always try to dispatch your items on the same day, as long as your order is received before 2 pm (UK time). If orders are received after this time they will be dispatched on the following working day.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not classed as working days and as such orders will not be shipped on these days.
All orders received after 2 pm (UK time) on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (or in the event of a UK bank holiday – the following working day).
Our standard shipping service is fully tracked (but not signed for) and takes 2-4 working days.
We also offer FREE TRACKED SHIPPING for orders over £60 in value!
Our standard free shipping service is a Yodel or Hermes ecommerce service (for orders over £60 in value), which normally arrives in 2-4 working days. This service is fully tracked, but not signed for, so in some cases packages may be left in safe places around your property, or delivered to your neighbours. If you require a signed for service, please select the DHL option at checkout.
You can designate a safe place or a neighbour for delivery on the Yodel or Hermes tracking websites. You will find your tracking number in your order completed email, in the dispatch email notification from our fulfilment centre, and also here if you input your original order number in the tracking field. You may also receive a direct communication email from Yodel. Please check your junk / spam email folders if you have not received these messages.
If you would prefer for your order to be shipped on a faster service, please ensure that you have selected that option at checkout.
If you have not received your package within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us so that we can assist with tracking it down.
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery with Yodel, Hermes and DHL – As long as you place your order with us before 2pm (Mon-Fri) we’ll be able to get it to you the next working day (this does not include weekends). Please note: for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and other UK islands these services can take 48-72 hours.
Please note: Our UK services do not cover Jersey, Guernsey, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. If you are located in these territories you will need to select them as a separate country from the dropdown menu in the shipping options on the cart or checkout pages.
Our free and economy European shipping services link in with local EU post services and usually take between 5-10 working days to arrive (transit times may vary depending on your location).
Please note: items sent using our free or EU Economy service are tracked, but they do not always require a signature for delivery. We offer Free Economy Shipping on European orders over £80.
We also offer a DPD Road Service, which provides better tracking and a faster delivery than our free or economy options. This delivery option requires a signature on delivery.
We also have DHL Road and DHL Air services available into Europe.
We suggest selecting DPD or DHL as your delivery option for the fastest and most reliable service.
If your shipment is time critical, we recommend choosing DHL Air Express (usually 1-2 working days into mainland Europe).
EU Orders: If you have not received your package within 10 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
We use an International Tracked service (5-14 working days – depending on location), the exact courier used will depend on your country. Please visit our tracking page to follow the progress of your shipment.
For large orders please email us for a shipping quote. We can also send via DHL for faster delivery (again please email us for a quote).
Please note: If you are ordering from outside of the EU you may be liable to pay import duty/taxes in your receiving country. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs for you. For more details of charges which may be applied, please consult your local customs authority.
International Orders: If you have not received your package within 14 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
- All products being returned or exchanged must be in unworn condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.
- Returned items for refund or exchange must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date (as stated on your order confirmation email).
- Please include a note with your returned item stating your full name, order number and details of the exchange or refund required.
- Please note: refund & exchange requests may take 5-7 working days from receipt of the returned item(s) to be processed.
- Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns, so return postage must be paid by the customer (we recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For – it’s the most cost effective).
- UK exchanges will be re-shipped free of charge
- Exchange requests for overseas locations (EU & International) may incur an additional postage charge to be paid by the customer.

Here at bro! we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we appreciate that returns do happen from time to time.
So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us. Please ensure that the item in question is in unworn condition, with packaging and tags still intact to be eligible for an exchange or refund (excluding postage & packaging). Please also be sure to notify us of your request to return the item via email.
