Update: We're now running an extended returns period for Black Friday & Xmas. For orders placed between 24th November - 24th December, you now have 60 days from purchase to return your item for exchange or store credit! 🎁
Here at bro! we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you need to, you can return your ordered items to us for refund or exchange.
To start the returns process, please notify us of your request to return the item via email.
🔑 Key Info
- All products being returned or exchanged must be in unworn condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.
- Returned items for refund or exchange must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date as stated on your order confirmation email. (If the ordered item was purchased as a pre-order, this period will extend to 30 days from delivery)
- Please include a note with your returned item stating your full name, order number and details of the exchange or refund required.
- Refund & exchange requests may take 5-7 working days from receipt of the returned item(s) at our fulfilment centre to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued after returned items are inspected to ensure that they are in unworn & sellable condition.
- Refunds are issued exclusive of original order shipping costs.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Mainland UK exchanges will be re-shipped free of charge.
- Exchange requests from overseas locations will require additional postage charges to be paid by the customer for the shipping of the exchange item.
- Returns are processed daily between Tuesday - Friday (Mondays are usually busy with weekend order shipping).
- In the rare event that you have receive a product with a defect or manufacturing error, please email us with details and photos so that we can resolve the issue appropriately.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items during transit or delivery, nor can we refund, exchange, or otherwise credit items that do not arrive at our fulfilment centre.
To avoid any delivery issues, please ensure that a tracked or signed for service is used to return your items to us.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or Tracked 48 are usually the most cost effective tracked return postage methods.
