Returns & Refunds
All products being returned or exchanged must be in unworn condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.
Returned items for refund or exchange must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date (as stated on your order confirmation email).
Please include a note with your returned item stating your full name, order number and details of the exchange or refund required.
Please note: refund & exchange requests may take 5-7 working days from receipt of the returned item(s) to be processed.
We do not offer free returns, so return postage must be paid by the customer (we recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - it's the most cost effective).
Mainland UK exchanges will be re-shipped free of charge.
Exchange requests for overseas locations will require additional postage charges to be paid by the customer.

Here at bro! we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we appreciate that returns do happen from time to time.
So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us. Please ensure that the item in question is in unworn condition, with packaging and tags still intact to be eligible for an exchange or refund (excluding postage & packaging). Please also be sure to notify us of your request to return the item via email.

If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to withhold the full or partial refund balance. To avoid issues with your return, please ensure that you return your items using a recorded, signed for or tracked service.
