EXTENDED RETURNS 🔄

We're extending our returns window to 60 days from purchase!

So if you're gifting one of our products, you'll be safe in the knowledge that your special person can swap sizes / colours with plenty of time (if they need to do so). 

Extended returns period valid between: 22 November 2025 - 24th December 2025.

Please note: this policy applies to exchanges and returns for store credit. Returns for refund must be received within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: All courier networks experience increased volumes over the Xmas period, so transit times cannot be 100% guaranteed. 

International Services: 

e-commerce packet & parcel (central EU) - Order by 2pm, 12th Dec (14:00 GMT)

e-commerce packet & parcel (North & East EU) - Order by 2pm, 7th Dec (14:00 GMT)

e-commerce packet & parcel (International) - Order by 2pm, 6th Dec (14:00 GMT)

If you need a quicker international service, we can ship with DHL Air Express... but it's pricey! Contact us for details. 

DISPATCH POLICY 📦

We will always try to dispatch your items on the same day, as long as your order is received before 2pm (UK time). If orders are received after this time they will be dispatched on the following working day.

 

All orders received after 2pm (UK time) on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (or in the event of a UK bank holiday, the following working day).

⚠️ Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not classed as working days. Orders will not be dispatched on these days ⚠️

After your order is dispatched you will receive an automated tracking email from our website and also from our fulfilment centre.

If you do not receive a notification email - please check your junk / spam email folders.
